Vampires have different levels of power. We symbolize this through age categories. Some of you might be used to a system of age and generation. Here it is all included in your age category power level. The age categories come with different powers, but also different takes on being a kindred, not being human, maybe even being a beast -a monster.
Fledgling: still under your sire’s protection, usually under the age of 10. Blood pool of 10 blood points. Disciplines of level one. Closer to humanity and with a good understanding of mortals.
Neonate: 10-100 years of age approximately. Blood pool of 10 blood points. Disciplines of level one, one discipline may be of level two. Starting to grasp the kindred society in all its complexity.
Young ancilla: 100-150 years of age approximately. Blood pool of 15 blood points. Disciplines of level one and two. Slowly forgetting the finer aspects of humanity, diving in to kindred society.
Old ancilla: 150-300 years of age approximately. Blood pool of 15 blood points. Discipline levels of one and two. A single discipline may be of level three. Actively distancing yourself from humanity, becoming someone of importance in kindred society.
Elder: 300-600 years of age approximately. Blood pool of 20 blood points. Discipline levels of one to three. Forgetting humanity and becoming the monster. To keep yourself from Breaking Down and becoming a beast, you'll have to fight it, actively. Being a political or physical powerplayer, you now have to fight both enemies and yourself. Even being physically close to another elder can bring your beast closer to the surface.
Your disciplins might be stronger, the older you are, but you would expect more contact with the human World, and thereby more "pull" from the younger kindred. It is expected that you play your Powerlevels conflict between what is left of humanity from being Human, and becoming more and more distanced with undead age.
